Special mention must be given to the Vienna Philarmonic, one of the most if not the most appreciated orchestras in the world. The Vienna Philharmonic is based in the Musicverein, one of the finest concert halls in the world built by the Danish architect Theophil Hansen towards the end of the 19th century in the style of an ancient Greek temple. The experience of a live concert, by one of the finest orchestras in the world, performing in one of the most impressive music halls in the world is just ….. out of this world.
