Pirukas
Pirukas are a baked relative of Polish pierogies, consisting of meat, vegetable, or sweet fillings stuffed inside a small pocket of fresh dough. The dough pockets are filled with a variety of different ingredients, but the large ones are usually filled with cabbage, meat, mushrooms and carrots.
