Osteria Perbacco is a traditional tavern in Siena that is considered a meat lovers paradise. This is a real, unpretentious, family run tavern that emphasizes on the quality of its superb meat and not its decoration or its furnishing. Its authentic dishes and local vino rosso straight from the barrel have been a local’s favorite choice for quite some time. They should know. Only downside that English doesn’t quite help you through the menu’s choices and the waiters..well maybe that will change in time. Still worth it.
