In 2001 the rising south cultural association was born in the center of Naples in Via Sansebastiano. A historic location for musicians and music shops. Over the years the most important meeting point for the youth of the city. From a simple setting of a club with an adjoining small bar, over time the RS has proposed new and innovative solutions of a cultural and artistic nature. With furniture characterized by reuse, almost recycling of furniture of the 60’s and 70’s. After 8 years of operation the center changed completely in 2009 with a new look and the desire to recreate that unique atmosphere that characterized those first years of activity.
