F’rell am Rèisleck

F’rell am Rèisleck. Other fish specialties include the dish F’rell am Rèisleck or Riesling which is trout, salted, peppered & coated with flour that is then fried for a few minutes before being placed in a casserole with a sauce made of Riesling wine, tarragon, chervil, paprika & butter. Finally, it is cooked in the oven for 15 minutes. Then you could also try Agemachten Hierken which is pickled herring prepared with cream, cheese, onions apples & wine or Gebaake Fesch which is fried cod with chips.
