At Växthuset they are passionate about taking plant-based food to new heights. Their food is guided by the seasons as they aim to serve the best ingredients available from local producers, some even foraged from Stockholm’s surrounding areas. They work with Nordic preservation techniques such as pickling and fermenting to make the most of their produce and to ensure there is as little waste as possible.
A selection of natural and biodynamic wines hand selected by importers who source from boutique producers within Europe accompanies the delicious food. They also serve craft beers, spirits and a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, all local, of course. Their beverages also change with the seasons as they expertly match them with their tasting menu to compliment the flavours and offer a memorable drinking experience.
