The acclaimed Chef Baptiste Heugens produces the elaborate dishes of TWO6TWO with the delicacy of an artist. The chef is assisted by a young and motivated brigade, to which he infuses the art of authentic and refined cuisine.Beyond a traditional menu, vegan and gluten free dishes, respectful of nutritional codes, are a natural part of the new gastronomic movement that is carefully brought on the tables of TWO6TWO. The products are selected from local gardeners and small local producers, thus ensuring a direct link with the product itself and the cycle of nature.
