Gazpacho

Gazpacho  is the traditional Andalusian tomato-based cold soup of Seville, especially popular in the summer as a snack or starter. It is smooth and pink and consists of tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, onions, garlic and olive oil with a bit of vinegar.

They are mixed in the bender until the texture is totally smooth and then served cold garnished with a bit of fresh basil.
