Pipirrana

Pipirrana. This salad is considered traditional in various Mediterranean countries but is certainly a staple in Seville. In its plainest and most traditional form, it consists of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and green peppers. It is dressed with a generous amount of olive oil and vinegar and can also include olives, tuna or cheese.
