Sur Mer is a fish and seafood restaurant, serving sustainably sourced products, a menu composed of small sharing plates, accompanied with natural wines, providing an intimate and unique experience. Chef Olive Davoux opened the restaurant in 2017. From the beginning she chose to work with great products from the sea and the soil, The daily arrival of those beautiful products feed her imagination and enable her to produce a menu that changes day to day. She pays particular attention to the choice of produce, working with smaller fishermen who prioritize sustainable caught fish, to the farmer and forager who pick herbs and vegetables, to the winemakers working the vignes naturally, all year while respecting the seasons.
